What do you check during pre-purchase inspections and what are the prices?
We check for defects and deficiencies. On first hand properties from the developer, we will give recommendations on the identified defects. Remember that in some cases the cure can be worse than the disease!
On second hand properties, we identify the defects, so our client knows what they will be buying and can budget accordingly.
On completion, you will receive a report on the findings.
Our charges go from HK$5 per sq. ft. to as low as HK$3 per sq. ft. depending on the size of your property. We do carry an min. charge based on 400 sq. ft.
What are the steps for renovation with the Property Project?
If you want to remodel your home, and don't know where to start; please contact us for a free initial client consultation, to discuss and explore different options available for your project and go through the whole process without obligations.
We will then provide you with a quotation for your project, without any charges ofcourse.
How much does a renovation cost?
Every project is unique in its own way, costs can vary depending on size, material, location, design, complexity and more. Therefor it is hard to give our clients an accurate cost estimation, without any site visit and a consultation to go through your needs and expectations.

Can I only do a partial remodeling such as a kitchen or a bathroom only?
Yes you can! Do take in account that this will cause nuisance if you decide to stay in your home during the renovations. Also, a non-vacant home will extent the project duration.
Does the Property Project work on shops and offices?
Yes, we work on residential and non-residential spaces, varying from shops, to site-offices and warehouses!
Can I choose my own architectural / interior designer?
Yes you can, we can work as a building contractor, and we also offer "design and build". If you require a designer, but don't have any, we can recommend you different designers for you to see who you feel more comfortable with.
