The Kennedy Project

A young couple just bought this rooftop apartment with stunning views over Victoria Harbour (!) and wanted to remodel the property to suit their wants and needs to make it their new Home.

The Parcville Project

Part of a portfolio we manage for one of our clients, we gave the apartment a refresh on a set budget, after advising our client in order to increase the rental income and reduce the vacancy times between tenants.

The Family Estate project

For the Family Estate project we did a feasibility study on the build of a cluster of houses. Our client who currently lives abroad wishes to build a home for him and his family for his return to Hong Kong after retirement. We carried out several site visits including aerial surveys to get a better idea of the possibilities.
